Popcorn Unit Commitment

Use this form to sign your unit up for the Trail's End popcorn sale.

As you sign up for the Trails End Popcorn Sale, please be aware of the following dates. As a Unit Kernel, you should make sure you:

  1. Hold an Annual Program Planning Meeting to your Ideal Year of Scouting and budget for 2016 - 2017 Scouting Year.
  2. Attend one of two Council Kickoffs (August 3rd or August 16).
  3. Set a unit goal and develop a plan to achieve 100% participation among your active Scouts.
  4. Conduct a Unit Popcorn Kickoff Meeting.
  5. Submit your first popcorn order by 5:00 pm on August 29th, 2016.
  6. Pick up your popcorn at your assigned site on September 9th or 10th.
  7. Return any additional product (full cases - non-chocolate items only, no open containers of cheese lovers) October 20th and 21th, 2016.
    1. Units that do not return popcorn will be eligible for 1% Bonus commission.
  8. Submit your final popcorn order by 5:00 pm on October 24th, 2016.
  9. Pick up your final popcorn order on November 4th and November 5th, 2016.
  10.  Submit Payment "due Council" no later than Friday, December 2nd.
    1. Units that do not pay by December 2nd in full will lose bonus popcorn commission.
  11. Submit Prize Order through Trails End Website no later than Friday, December 2nd.
