This is to secure your “early bird” Discount Conference Registration fee of $625 for NOAC 2024 with the Tahosa Lodge Contingent and is non-refundable. You must be a member in good standing with Tahosa Lodge. This fee is due as soon as possible or by the end of the day on January 30, 2024 to be eligible for the “early bird” Discount Conference fee of $625 plus the $200 Contingent Registration fee must be paid.

 

We have reserved 40 spots that will be allocated in order of full payment being made (which includes the $200 Contingent Registration fee also due by January 30th). “Early bird” Discount Conference Registration spots can be added to our Contingent until January 30th should we need more than 40, but will be subject to availability. CU Boulder is a smaller venue than at past NOAC’s so there is a chance we will not be able to get more than 40 spots. After January 30th the Conference Registration fee will go up to the Standard Conference fee of $675 and starting May 29th the Late Registration fee is $725, if spots are available.

 

There will be additional Contingent fees associated with pre-conference activities chosen and planned by the Contingent. This could be an additional $500 with a partial activity payment due by March 5th and a final activity payment due June 5th. Details will be planned during Contingent meetings.

 

Any Scouts or Scouters that have previously attended a NOAC and are interested in joining the “Host Lodge Service Corps” must sign up through the Tahosa Lodge Contingent and must pay the Contingent Registration Fee plus NOAC Conference Fee and will receive Tahosa Lodge Contingent Swag as part of the Contingent!
