Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and in wanting to keep our Volunteers, Scouts and Staff as safe as possible, until further notice, Hamilton Scout Headquarters will be Open by Appointment ONLY, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

We have put many measures in place for you to safely, quickly and easily conduct business from your home.

For those who are wanting to make payments for Summer Camp or Order of the Arrow, STEM Day Camp and Makers Camp at Donald E. Scott Colorado Adventure Point, we ask you contact JoLynne Conrad to make arrangements for an online payment.

For those wanting to make a payment on Unit Activities, please contact Charlie Botnick or Julianna Herrerra.

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and when you arrive before you leave your vehicle, contact our front desk at 303.455.5522 and let them know you're here. You will be asked to wait until your assigned time to come into the building.

You will be screened for wellness prior to entering the building for the following:

• Fever
• Dry Cough
• Shortness of Breath
• Sore Throat

All visitors will be required to wear a face mask.
