THE BLACK FEATHER AND CENTENNIAL DISTRICT CAMPOREE

”A GATHERING OF THE CLANS”

Please join us from Friday September 29th to Sunday October 1, 2023, at the “Gathering of the Clans” Camporee. As the title suggests the theme is Scottish related so don’t forget to wear your favorite tartan colors and kilts. The fun starts at 5:00 pm on Friday and ends at 11:00 am on Sunday. The Camporee is the premier Fall camping experience that features Patrol/Crew (Clan) Scout skill competitions, shooting sports and a service project.

Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts are invited to join the festivities during the day on Saturday. All Webelos and AOL Scouts must be accompanied by their Adult Partner. No food will be available so don’t forget to bring your lunch and plenty of water. Webelos cannot camp overnight at the Camporee pursuant to the Guide to Safe Scouting. The Webelos will participate in rifle, archery, wrist rockets and other activities.

The Camporee is a weekend campout experience for all Troops, Crews and Posts. Clans will compete in various competitions that test their Scout skills from the rank of Scout to First Class, as well as other fun, exciting and teamwork focused events.
Join us for fun, fellowship, and friendly competitions! All Black Feather, Centennial and Greater Colorado Council Webelos, AOL, Scouts BSA, Venturing and Explorers are welcome to attend.
 

LOCATION:
The Camporee will be held at the beautiful McNeil Scout Ranch at Peaceful Valley, 22799 North Elbert Road, Elbert, Colorado 80106.

REGISTRATION FEES:
$25.00 per Adult
$25.00 per Scout
$15.00 per Webelos - AOL Scouts and their Adult Partner. 

Early Discount:  A $5.00 discount will apply to all those that register prior to midnight September 3, 2023.

NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED

CAMPOREE REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

Midnight Friday September 22, 2023

ALL LEADERS AND ADULTS MUST ATTACH A COPY OF THEIR YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING (YPT) CERTIFICATES TO THEIR MEDICAL FORMS.
