Register today for the CELL's Scouts BSA Crime Prevention & Safety Merit Badges Clinic. In this clinic, Scouts will learn about crime prevention and common safety techniques. They will also learn how to identify criminal activity in order to enhance community safety. This clinic requires attendance at two sessions: 10:30 - 11:30 am on July 11 and 13, 2023.
