Register today for the CELL's Scouts BSA Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge Clinic. In this clinic Scouts will learn the five aspects of emergency preparedness while increasing their awareness of man-made and natural disasters.  This clinic requires attendance at two session: 10:30  - 11:30 am on March 5 and 12.
