Magness Adventure Camp will be a 4-day, 3-night overnight camp.  Arrive mid-afternoon on your first day and depart early morning on your last day. Magness Adventure Camp  offers a unique age-specific, grade appropriate, exciting program for all Cub Scouts and their families who attend. Campers have the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs including sports, handicrafts, nature, swimming, boating, and a whole lot more.  Siblings, age 6 and up may participate in some camp activities and a sibling specific program will be run during Cub Scout only activity times.

All Cub Scouts must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

$25 non-refundable deposit per participant is due at time of sign up. Full payment is due May 1st.

Below are the ranks for each grade level. Rank is determined by grade level for the 2021 - 2022 school year.

  • Grade 1: Tiger
  • Grade 2: Wolf
  • Grade 3: Bear
  • Grade 4: Webelos I
  • Grade 5: Arrow of Light

Health Form: Everyone attending Magness Adventure Camp must complete health form (Parts A, B) and bring it to camp. The Colorado Certificate of Immunization is for Scouts only.

Camping Scholarships: Due 45 days prior to camp start date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 28 days prior to the start of the camp session in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14 and 27 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after that point unless documentation is provided by a medical doctor or there has been a death in the family. Additionally, there are no pro-rations for days not attended. NOTE: The DAC will refund 100% of paid fees if the camp will not be allowed to operate due to local, state, or federal policy affecting camping operations or if the Denver Area Council must cancel the camp in regard to Covid-19. Individual camper fees may also be refunded 100% if there becomes a documented conflict with the scheduled school year. Refunds must be requested by the person who created the initial registration. Cancellations prior to an official governmental closure will be subject to our standard refund policy.
