Note! This is a 2-part course beginning on Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm and again on Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
The course goal is to develop NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructors who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course.
Current NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) is a prerequisite. You must have successfully completed BIT within 2 years of the date of this course to be eligible to register.
No refunds will be issued if a candidate drops out less than 2 weeks before the course.
Cost of the class is $200 and includes the online portion of the course.
Bring: 3 ring binder, pen, pencil (for the test), notepaper, eye and ear protection, adequate clothing for the outdoor session. Candidates provide own handgun and at least 100 rounds of ammunition per candidate, limited to .22 rimfire though 9mm (no magnum, P, or P ).
Meals: Bring your own lunch. Snacks will be provided morning and afternoon.
