Register today for the Cell's Boy Scouts of America Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge Clinic. In this clinic, Boy Scouts will learn the aspects of emergency preparedness while increasing their awareness of criminal activity and terrorism - ultimately empowering participants to prepare, respond, recover, mitigate and prevent emergency situations.
