Welcome to the 2017 Frontier District Merit Badge College. This years event will be held on two different dates, March 17th and 18th. The classes on March 17th will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on March 18th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Building, 2710 S. Monaco Parkway, Denver CO.
Frontier's Merit Badge College is open to all Districts. Scouts from any district may register and attend.
The cost is $30 per Scout (With the registration fee, you can get up to three merit badges,short sleeve t-shirt with troop number on right side of sleeve, and lunch). A late fee of $5 will be applied to registrations created after 2/27/17. Registration closes on March 10th. After that date, you can walk- in. The cost for walk-in's will be $40, but limited to openings.
Adults are more than welcome to order a t-shirt for $15 and/or attend lunch for $5.
Scouts that are attending must be prepared and uniform ready. Friday registration will begin at 5:00 p.m. and classes will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday morning registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday afternoon registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. and classes will begin at noon. Prerequisites are listed in the individual class registrations.
If you make an error in choosing a class or a Scout changes his mind on what class he would like to take after March 15th, please contact Tiffany Viduya at 720.266.2165 to help make the change. Please do not create a new registration. In addition, please plan accordingly as there will be no refunds.
Lunch will consist of pizza, drink, fruit, and a snack. In case of food allergies, please bring your own sack lunch. No monetary credit will be given if you bring your own lunch. Please note that lunch only is provided on March 18th. No other meals will be provided.
