Volunteer Recognition

This year, our Districts will be celebrating our volunteers at a District Reception that will be held at the museum before the dinner. While there is no charge to attend the District Reception, we would like to prepare a place for you. Please register for attendance for the District Reception.  If you would like to attend the Annual Banquet after the Reception, the cost to attend the banquet is $55. There is a second registration option for attending the District Reception AND the Banquet.  Seating is limited. All dinner participants must be seated.

Banquet Guest Arrival:  6:00 pm

*Table of ten may include 2023 Silver Beaver recipients and their guests, however the table sponsorship amount will not be prorated.

Dinner Guests - $55

Class of 2023 Silver Beaver Recipients and one (1) guest are compliments of the Greater Colorado Council.

We make every effort to seat families and friends together at this event. However, all seats are assigned and priority seating is given only to sponsored tables. We do our best to plan for those with dietary issues, however we are unable to accommodate special requests at this years event.

All guests must register and pay in advance; we will be unable to accept walk-ins.
