National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) Culture

The youth and adults serving as NYLT staff members model appropriate leadership skills in everything they do, creating a rich learning environment for the Scouts they are serving and for themselves. Sevant leadership is an important NYLT leadership attitude, and it is critical that the staff model focus on course participants and not on themselves. Great leaders seek to serve others.

You will need the following material to complete the application:

• Parent/Guardian name, home and cell phone numbers, and email address
• Big Horn NYLT previous position(s) and year(s) as a staff member
• Two (2) reference names, telephone numbers, and email addresses

• Med Forms: BSA Part A and B, Colorado Addendum, and OTC Forms are due January 16, 2016
• BSA Part C due May 1, 2016. Late submission of PART C ONLY, may be approved by the registrar.
